<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto"><u><span style="font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif"">Division 65</span></u><span style="font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif""> is our rule that outlines our processes related to the
OEBB administration of self pay early retiree groups. Based on feedback and changes in our processes, OEBB changed the date funds are debited from the members account. This rule change aligns our current processes with rule language.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto"><u><span style="font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif"">Division 10</span></u><span style="font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif""> is our definitions rule. The proposed revisions include
adding HRAs (health reimbursement accounts and health reimbursement arrangements) under the definition of a benefit plan. For more information on the reason for these proposed amendments, please see an email sent by Denise Hall of OEBB earlier today (May
28, 2013) relating to things to consider when offering health reimbursement accounts or health reimbursement arrangements (HRAs).<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto"><u><span style="font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif"">A public hearing on these rules will be held on June 26, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in the OEBB Boardroom at the DAS General Services
