and monitoring, job search skills and placement services, as well as 5 years working specifically with construction and manufacturing companies on developing RTW programs i.e. identifying light-duty work, worksite modifications etc. Debbi attended Oregon
State University in Home Economics/Social Welfare. She has a Certified Professional Disability Management (CPDM) certification through Insurance Educational Association (IEA), and has a Certified Ergonomic Evaluation Specialist (CEES) certification through
Roy Matheson & Associates. In addition, she has experience working with employers both in the public and private sectors (including school entities), as well as various industries.

in 2003 as a Nurse Case Manager, and she also served as a Workplace Possibilities Medical Lead. She has achieved her Certified Professional Disability Management (CPDM) professional designation. Before joining The Standard, Mary served in various nursing
roles including home health care, nursing instructor, and medical-surgical and obstetrics/gynecology acute care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Portland.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
