<p class="MsoNormal">We are currently working with our system programmers to make changes to the monthly Final Invoice report. We hope our new changes will make this invoice easier for you to process and much simpler to view. This is the current invoice you
see in your Document Management section of MyOEBB on the 1<sup>st</sup> of each month. Currently this invoice shows all coverages, whether your entity has them or not. We plan to change the invoice so only the coverages your entity offers will show on the
invoice. For example: if your entity only offers Medical, Dental, and Vision you will no longer see Optional plans on your invoice. These sections will be removed from your invoice completely.

<p class="MsoNormal">These changes will be implemented effective 7/1/2014. We have pushed the implementation date out to allow enough time for entities to comment on the process and work with their IT staff to implement any necessary changes to accounting
systems.<o:p></o:p></p>
