about the December 31 deadline.<o:p></o:p></span></b></p>
<p><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Just FYI, OEBB is sending reminders to subscribers and spouse/partners who are enrolled in an OEBB medical plan, and as of November 1, 2014, had not yet taken their online health assessment. This
message will remind them of the December 31, 2014 deadline to qualify for the $500 gift card drawing.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
