<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">With several RFP’s currently in the planning stages, OEBB’s rules are temporarily updated to reflect current state of Oregon contracting standards and best practices.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">This rulemaking is effective through December 6, 2016.</span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"> It is OEBB’s intention to begin the process
