you to select the same response more than once within a question. Thanks to those who reported the problem so quickly, we got it resolved within the first 30 minutes (9:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. October 19th), but we did receive 24 responses before the error was
corrected. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto"><span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">If you responded within those first 30 minutes and feel you weren’t able to respond accurately due to the error, I hope you will please
retake the survey (those who haven’t done so already) and type “RETAKE” in the comments so we know we have received accurate responses from those affected.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
