<p class="MsoNormal">EE Plan Management closes on Friday, June 16<sup>th</sup>. We wanted to provide you with a quick update on the status of the plans and rates for the 2017-18 plan year and let you know MyOEBB is ready for the 2017-18 plan selection process.
The Board met on April 25<sup>th</sup> and approved the plan offerings, benefit changes, and rates for the upcoming 2017-18 plan year. Rates and plan designs can be found online at:

<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">For 2017-18, Alder will only be available as a CCM Synergy or Summit offering. Now that the Synergy network has expanded to include Coos and Curry Counties, the CCM option is available in all areas throughout
Oregon, and therefore the Alder plan will no longer be offered as a PPO.<o:p></o:p></li></ul>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Dental<o:p></o:p></b></p>
<ul style="margin-top:0in" type="disc">
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">OEBB has renamed the Moda/ODS dental plans to Delta Dental in MyOEBB.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">OEBB has discontinued the ODS Dental plans 2, 3 and 4 and has created a new Delta Dental Premier 5/Ortho.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">OEBB is offering a new Delta Dental Exclusive PPO/Ortho plan. This plan is unique in that it offers coverage in-network only and members must use the more exclusive “Delta Dental PPO network” which contains
fewer providers than the Premier network.<o:p></o:p></li></ul>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Vision<o:p></o:p></b></p>
<ul style="margin-top:0in" type="disc">
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l1 level1 lfo2">OEBB is introducing VSP as a new carrier for vision for the 2017-18 plan year. VSP will offer two statewide plans, VSP Choice Plus and VSP Choice.<o:p></o:p></li></ul>

<p class="MsoNormal">We ask that entities enter the MyOEBB Admin Module during this time to review new plan offerings for their employee groups, deselect any plans (if needed). Also, attached is a guide to help you with the selection process in MyOEBB. As
