<p class="MsoNormal">EE Plan Management closes on Friday, June 15<sup>th</sup>. We wanted to provide you with a quick update on the status of the plans and rates for the 2018-19 plan year and let you know MyOEBB is ready for the 2018-19 plan selection process.

<p class="MsoNormal">Here are some of the major changes that will affect EE Plan Management:<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Medical<o:p></o:p></b></p>

<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">For 2018-19, OEBB will be offering a new medical plan. The Fir Medical Plan available with Moda will be available as a CCM Synergy or Summit and PPO Connexus offering.<b><o:p></o:p></b></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Kaiser will be expanding into the Eugene/Springfield area effective October 1<sup>st</sup>.<b><o:p></o:p></b></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Although this doesn’t affect EE Plan Management, Healthy Futures is being discontinued effective October 1<sup>st</sup>.<b><o:p></o:p></b></li></ul>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Dental<o:p></o:p></b></p>
<ul style="margin-top:0in" type="disc">
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Although this isn’t new, OEBB will continue to offer the Delta Dental Exclusive PPO/Ortho plan. This plan is unique in that it offers coverage
<u>in-network only</u> and members must use the more exclusive “Delta Dental PPO network” which contains fewer providers than the Premier network.<o:p></o:p></li></ul>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Optional Employee Life<o:p></o:p></b></p>
<ul style="margin-top:0in" type="disc">
<li class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">This is a great year to offer Optional Employee Life if you haven’t in the past. The Standard is offering a $200,000 Guarantee Issuance. This means no medical evidence is required for employee
coverage $200,000 or below.<b><o:p></o:p></b></li></ul>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Short-term Disability<o:p></o:p></b></p>

<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Plan 15 is being discontinued effective October 1<sup>st</sup>.<o:p></o:p></li></ul>

<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level2 lfo1">Plan 25 which is a Voluntary Employee Paid Plan 180 day wait @ 50% benefit.<b><o:p></o:p></b></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level2 lfo1">Plan 26 which is a Voluntary Employee Paid Plan 180 day wait @ 60% benefit.<b><o:p></o:p></b></li></ul>

<p class="MsoNormal">Employers must enter the MyOEBB Admin Module during this EE Plan Management period to select any new plan offerings desired for their employee groups, and deselect any plans no longer needed. Also, attached is a guide to help you with
