<p class="MsoNormal">I wanted to remind all of you MyOEBB will be down this Friday, August 31<sup>st</sup> starting at around 8pm and is expected back up on Saturday, September 1<sup>st</sup> by 8am. We bring the system down the end of every month for invoicing.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Additionally, just a reminder if you are closing Open Enrollment early for your entity please put the Mass Lock in MyOEBB. Also, BHS (our COBRA administrator) will be closing Open Enrollment on Monday, September 10<sup>th</sup>.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b><i>If I have a New Hire starting on 9/1/2018 do they also need to do Open Enrollment? The answer is usually NO. But, they need to do Open Enrollment if they want to take advantage of the Optional Employee Life GI of $200,000. Additionally,
they may need to do Open Enrollment if your entity has changed plan offerings from this current plan year to our upcoming plan year.<o:p></o:p></i></b></p>
