containment measures. It will begin affecting OEBB plans on October 1, 2019.</span><span lang="EN"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p><b><span lang="EN" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">You may be affected by this bill if you have other family members (spouse, domestic partner, or children) eligible for OEBB or PEBB benefits.
