<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-autospace:none"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The Oregon Health Authority, Oregon Educators Benefit Board (OEBB), is proposing to permanently adopt OAR 111-040-0055, OEBB’s Surcharge Rule. House
Bill 2266 (2019) established that OEBB impose a surcharge for an OEBB member who enrolls a spouse or dependent in their medical coverage who is also enrolled in medical coverage as a OEBB member themselves or as an PEBB member through the Public Employees'
Benefit Board. This rule prescribes how the double coverage surcharge works.</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
