<p class="MsoNormal">Kaiser Permanente (KP) will be upgrading their computer system between March 12 - 23. OEBB normally sends eligibility files to KP each Saturday, but this upgrade means they will be unable to process the March 14<sup>th</sup> and March 21<sup>st</sup>
files until after the upgrade is complete. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Please process any KP enrollments effective March 1 or earlier no later than March 6 to ensure coverage is in place before the upgrade.<o:p></o:p></b></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">If an urgent situation arises March 7-23 where you need a KP enrollment processed immediately, please contact OEBB Member Services at 888-469-6322 or
