<p class="MsoNormal">The October 19, 2016 training was provided by Gretchen Gueguen, Data Services Manager from the DPLA. Staff from public, academic, and special libraries throughout Washington and Oregon attended the live session which was offered as part
of the joint efforts of the Washington State Library, the Oregon State Library, and the Orbis Cascade Alliance to facilitate a coordinated approach to digital collections in the Northwest.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="background:white">With funding from the Oregon State Library’s LSTA program through June 2017, the Orbis Cascade Alliance is implementing its Dublin Core metadata standards and developing tools for metadata cleanup, training, and
