reformatting of magnetic audio materials, as part of the pilot phase of the <a href="https://t.e2ma.net/click/mlugq/2p8ufs/ub8u9d">
<span style="color:#333333">Recordings at Risk</span></a> <a href="https://t.e2ma.net/click/mlugq/2p8ufs/a48u9d">

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#333333">In this pilot cycle, CLIR will award approximately $150,000 for the preservation reformatting of magnetic audio media through the
<a href="https://t.e2ma.net/click/mlugq/2p8ufs/enev9d"><span style="color:#333333">Northeast Document Conservation Center’s</span></a> (NEDCC’s) newly established
<a href="https://t.e2ma.net/click/mlugq/2p8ufs/uffv9d"><span style="color:#333333">audio preservation service</span></a>. Grants of between $5,000 and $25,000 will be awarded for projects of up to 12 months, to fall between May 2017 and April 2018.

<a href="https://t.e2ma.net/click/mlugq/2p8ufs/a8fv9d"><span style="color:#333333">NEDCC’s “high-touch, high-quality” technical approach</span></a>. NEDCC will then work with applicants on a detailed quote and a letter of support, which must be submitted with
the application package to CLIR. CLIR and NEDCC will hold an informational webinar for prospective applicants on January 12 at 2:00 pm
