[Oac-link] Follow up from today's OAC Sessions

During the OAC Hands-On sessions this morning we talked about the Sandbox environment, which gives beginning ORPIN users a place to practice in a non-Production environment. For those who would like to learn more, please see the attached instructions.

Also, during the second session we talked about using New User Forms to collect information from your new staff members so that you can set them up in ORPIN. Agencies are not required to use forms necessarily, but I wanted to share the one that we use at the ORPIN Help Desk. Feel free to personalize as you see fit.
