[Oac-link] Tomorrow's OAC Meeting

Hi Everyone,

I have had a few topic requests come in, and I think we do have some worthwhile things to talk about. We may not take the full hour, but please do plan on having an OAC meeting tomorrow at 8:30am in Mazama (basement of DAS East).

The topics we will cover include:

1.      An update on the outstanding system bugs/issues that the developer is working on.

2.      A questions and answers session with Jay Jackson from Procurement Policy regarding the Small/Intermediate Procurement Theshold Change and MWESB Notice Requirements. (Jay just sent out a Buyer-link and DPO-link detailing this change today at about 10:20am.) You will likely be the first point of contact for you staff if they have questions, so this is your opportunity to get very clear on what this means to your procurement process and how to conduct the procurements in ORPIN. (I encourage you to ask around and bring any questions from your coworkers forward.)

One other thing- it appears that some of you don't have the recurring OAC meeting on your calendars so I'm going to re-send it out to everyone. Watch for that email shortly... :)
