[Oac-link] Follow up from January OAC Meeting

Hi OAC's,

At our last meeting, Jay Jackson joined us to discuss the Small Procurement Threshold change. There were a lot of questions raised, and some specific how-to process questions posed. At the end of the meeting, Jay suggested that we collect your questions/concerns about how to accomplish specific tasks in ORPIN in regards to the Small Procurement threshold change, so that we might develop some how-to documentation.

As of today I have not received any questions or scenarios from the group. It may be that you have already received the answers you needed, but in case you haven't, please email me any outstanding questions regarding how to use ORPIN for this type of procurement. If there are specific situations or scenarios you can outline, those would be helpful for us in putting these together as well.
