(This is a great beginning-to-end class for new or inexperienced ORPIN users! We will go through how to search for contracts, create Work Orders and Purchase Requests, release solicitations, enter bids, and progress to awards.) The class will be held on Thursday, May 8th at the Chemeketa Center for Business and Industry (CCBI) in downtown Salem. It usually fills up quickly so if you know anyone who might be interested, encourage them to reserve their spot as soon as possible! We got a fix to the Amendment Scope dropdown on reports a few weeks ago. What this means to you is that you no longer have to worry about the workaround I shared with the group during the January OAC meeting. (We had discovered that the 'All' option in the Amendment Scope dropdown was only returning the latest version of documents, not all originals, amendments, and revisions like it should have. The workaround was that you could use a fifth option in the dropdown called 'All Versions'.) Now that this has been fixed, "All" returns all originals, amendments, and revisions like it should, and we've removed the 'All Version' choice to avoid confusion.
