RE: New course offerings for procurement training and professional development.

A special note:
The Negotiation Training is open for registration<https://ilearn.oregon.gov/>, the class is almost full and will not be held again until fall.
Negotiation Training will be held at the State Fire Marshal's Office in NE Salem

Rules Class moves to Eola in West Salem!

ORPIN Full System is open - only 3 seats remaining.
