[Oac-link] OAC Updates

Hello OAC Group,

Just a reminder that there is no OAC meeting this month. We will get back together again on January 21st.

Also, some of you may have received an email or two from me this morning as I attempted to cancel out our old meeting series so that I could send out a fresh one with updated email addresses for everyone. Unfortunately every time I tried to send the update, my Outlook would freeze up. (I think the attendee list is too big and there are too many outdated email addresses on it.) Instead, I'm just going to ask that each of you delete your existing OAC meeting series from your own calendar and I will send out a brand new meeting series to replace it. I'm only going to schedule one year at a time so that it gives me a chance to update the list each year.

Finally, the ORPIN upgrade will likely be installed a little later than originally expected. We now anticipate getting the upgrade into the Test environment around mid-January. We will still need assistance with testing functionality, but since the timing has shifted I will check in early next month with those folks who volunteered to see if their schedules will still permit them to help with this project.
