It is now 503-373-1774. Please update your records and websites accordingly. (The previous ORPIN number will now route callers directly to the Procurement Services Administrative Support team. If an ORPIN customer happens to call 503-378-4642 by mistake, the Admin team can transfer them to the correct number.) Note- When customers call the ORPIN Help Desk, they will reach our automated support phone tree. The phone tree provides answers to commonly asked questions; however if a customer needs personalized assistance with ORPIN we highly recommend they contact our Help Desk via email instead at info.orpin at oregon.gov. ________________________________ For more information regarding this message, contact the ORPIN Help Desk via email at info.orpin at oregon.gov. (Please note that I have only included the rates that specifically relate to ORPIN access in this email. You will receive an additional communication with information on the entire new DAS Rate Structure within the next week.) [cid:image005.jpg at 01D03BDF.BA91D690] Attached are examples of the supporting reports for both the Registered Agency User and Active Agency User fees. There are two tabs/sheets on both reports- one has a summary list and the other has all of the detail for each user. Remember that if your agency has multiple levels (sub-agencies) in ORPIN then you will need to include all of them when reviewing the information. 1. One of the zipped attachments is the Registered Agency Users report that shows agency staff members who had an ORPIN username and password associated with your agency. Because many agencies have been doing cleanup work on their users, I pulled just those that were active as of January 14, 2015 for this sample. 2. The second zipped attachment is the report that shows how many users within your agency logged into the system on 10 or more separate days within a 6 month period (semester) during the biennium. For the 2015-17 rates this charge will be billed every semester during the biennium, but I just ran one semester as a sample. This report includes data from July 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014. 3. The third attachment is the instructions on how to expire a user from your agency (in case you need to do additional cleanup of users who are no longer with your organization.) I would really like to collect any questions or concerns you may have so that they can be added to the FAQ list we are building. Please send them to me via email and I will add them to our list.
