The phone number to reach the ORPIN Help Desk has changed. It is now 503-373-1774. Please update your records and websites accordingly. (The previous ORPIN number will now route callers directly to the Procurement Services Administrative Support team. If an ORPIN customer happens to call 503-378-4642 by mistake, the Admin team can transfer them to the correct number.)

Note- When customers call the ORPIN Help Desk, they will reach our automated support phone tree. The phone tree provides answers to commonly asked questions; however if a customer needs personalized assistance with ORPIN we highly recommend they contact our Help Desk via email instead at info.orpin at oregon.gov<mailto:info.orpin at oregon.gov>.
