Going into effect on or after July 1st, The Department of Administrative Services will be changing the rate structure for those services. In 2012, DAS implemented Entrepreneurial Management as a business model. The core of this model is the voice of our customers. One of the most significant changes in this model is involving customers in rate-setting and giving them the opportunity to exercise choice in what services they buy from DAS. This is achieved through the formation of Customer Utility Boards. Each service enterprise worked with its CUB to unbundle services, create discrete rates and service level agreements, all with the intent to provide our customers with more choices. Over the next few months leading up to the change, more information will become readily available. For more detailed information on this upcoming change, please utilize the links below.
