Hi OAC's,

We will not be having a meeting this month due to testing and other ORPIN upgrade related activities. However I do want to follow up on a few items from our last meeting:


-        The consensus from the OAC group and from DAS Procurement Services is that the Secondary Organization's address and contact information on ORS190 documents should be required. We will make this update in the current version of ORPIN.

-        The consensus from the OAC group and from DAS Procurement Services is that attachments on opportunities should remain available to suppliers after the closing date. We will roll out this change in the ORPIN version upgrade.

-        OGMA is working on incorporating some updates to the Expressed Interest list in the upgrade. The new version of ORPIN will display the suppliers' DBA's along with their legal business names on the Interested List. They are also working on displaying a star next to the supplier to indicate MWESB certification status in the Interested List. (YAY!) And as I mentioned at our last meeting, the entire Interested List will be exportable to Excel and will display additional details (like MWESB info) there.
