We are upgrading to a new version of the ORPIN system soon! The system will have a new look and feel, along with new functionality, enhanced searches, and cool new tools. Everything should be very user friendly - no extra training is required.

The upgrade work is currently scheduled for the first weekend in June. This means that ORPIN will be unavailable to all users starting at 5:00 PM on Friday, June 5th. We expect to be back online by 8:00 AM on Monday morning, June 8th.  If you have a bid scheduled to close early in the week of June 8th, please be aware that suppliers will not have access to your solicitation over the weekend. If this is a concern to you, you may want to consider changing your closing date. We have also posted a notice on the front page of the ORPIN website to inform users of this downtime.

Many agencies were involved in helping us test and configure the new system. We want to sincerely thank our volunteers for their efforts in making this a smooth transition! We are so excited to reveal the upgraded environment to you, and we hope you'll enjoy the new features as much as we do.
