This schedule has been approved by our Customer Utility Board (CUB) and will be implemented on July 1, 2015 along with the rest of the new rate structure. It applies to work that has been requested and partially processed prior to the requesting agency cancelling the procurement. Stage when procurement is cancelled: % charged Anytime during drafting stage 40% Solicitation finalized/advertised 50% Solicitation closed 60% Initial evaluation complete (if multi step) 70% Evaluation Complete 80% In Negotiations 90% Contract executed 100% Also, as I mentioned at last week's OAC meeting, the CUB has officially approved postponing the ORPIN Vendor Fee implementation until July 1, 2016.
