[Oac-link] Instructions for ORPIN Sandbox

I received a request this morning to send out the instructions for accessing the ORPIN Sandbox environment. (See attached.) For those of you who aren't familiar with Sandbox, basically we take a snapshot of the ORPIN system and put it in a testing environment for buyers to go and practice in. Users will have the same roles and privileges in Sandbox as they do in the live version unless you have recently made a change to their role.
