[Oac-link] Cancelling October OAC Meeting

Hi OAC Group,
I don't have enough for a full agenda for tomorrow's OAC meeting so I'm going to cancel it. However I do want to send you the following two reminders:
1. If you need to set up a new DPO, please create the user account for the person and give them a Delegated Buyer login userclass. Then send an email to us at the Help Desk (info.orpin at oregon.gov<mailto:info.orpin at oregon.gov>) requesting that we give the person the DPO role. You do not have the ability to assign the role yourself in ORPIN.
2. If your agency has an existing special request in place and needs to update it, please do not create a new special request. This complicates things on our end because we end up with two separate numbers. Instead, please just amend the original special request. This reminder should be shared with your agency staff. I am also setting it up as an ORPIN Tip on the welcome page.
