Hi OAC's,

I don't have much for tomorrow's meeting so I'm going to cancel but I do want to show you one cool new tool that we got into ORPIN in a patch last weekend. It is a tool for suppliers, but I think it will be helpful for you all to know about so that you can share this with your vendor community as you work with them.

On any opportunity/notice a supplier can click on "Additional Information" to access a new option called "Document Profile".

This new tool will show the supplier all of the commodities and locations selected on the opportunity/notice. It will also tell the supplier whether or not they have these commodities and locations selected on their user profile. If not, they can add them to their profile directly from this page by checking the boxes and hitting the Save or Finish button. This greatly simplifies the process of updating the supplier profile!!
