The Financial Services team with Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) is seeking to hire a qualified professional for a Procurement and Contract Specialist (PCS) 2 position.  This recruitment is to fill one full time limited duration position or rotational opportunity through June 30, 2017.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and qualified professional to develop, negotiate, and administer procurement processes to establish contracts for goods and services and to maintain those contracts and agreements.  Accurate and timely work completion, organizational ability, and ability to work under pressure are all critical aspects in the performance of the position duties.

This posting will close on September 28, 2016. In order to apply for the state government rotation, individuals must have written approval from their manager/supervisor to apply.
