[Oac-link] Contracts Active report

Hi everyone,

Last week I sent an email and asked if you were all ready for the next version of the Revenue Report and though I didn't get a lot of responses, the ones I did get seemed to indicate that it's time for the new one.

So, with that in mind, here it is.

I believe that Nicole sent the one report out to you all and you could sort it for yourselves, so I did it that way too.
