I'm back from maternity leave and look forward to seeing all of you tomorrow. I'm still working on the agenda, so if anyone has any topics they'd like covered please let me know. (Vicki's on vacation this week so I'm not sure what all you covered while I was out.) We've got some new OAC's, so just an FYI regarding logistics: Our meetings are from 8:30am to 9:30am in Mazama (basement of DAS General Services Building) at 1225 Ferry Street in Salem For those who would like to join the meeting remotely, here is the information to connect to the webinar: - Website: https://dasps.adobeconnect.com/oac - When you join the session you'll indicate whether you want to join the audio via phone or through your computer. (If you select "Dial-in to the Audio Conference via phone" the dial-in info will be displayed to you.) Instead of a regular meeting next month, I'm offering a New OAC Training (or a refresher for any OAC that would like to brush up on their skills). We will review how to add and remove users from your agency, how to run reports, and how to do basic troubleshooting for your staff. Here is the link to a Doodle poll. I've included time slots toward the end of July when there is meeting space available here in our building. If you are interested in attending this training, please click on the link below and indicate your availability. If you are not interested in attending this training, simply ignore this email. I'll leave the Doodle poll open through Tuesday, June 27th. http://doodle.com/poll/npmtfk27hmsscuer Thank you! Nicole Brazeal PS - I've attached the handout with information about accessing the ORPIN Sandbox environment. -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... If you try to create a Client Initiated Amendment but DAS has a draft amendment or revision already open on the contract, you won't be able to see the contract through the "Create A Client Initiated Amendment" screen like I had advised. However, there is still a way to see who is currently in possession of the draft. If you go to Statewide Contract Search and pull up the document by number, you can go into the Progression screen and access the draft from there. Here is an example: [cid:image003.jpg at 01D2EB5F.9D2F9F10] Then look at View Data > Process History to see who has control of the draft. Now you can reach out to that person to ask them to either complete their draft or delete it (if it was created in error) so that you can submit your Client Initiated Amendment. [cid:image004.jpg at 01D2EB5F.9D2F9F10] Sorry about that- I apologize for the confusion! Thank you, Nicole Brazeal -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
