[Oac-link] Optional "New OAC" Training

Thank you to everyone who responded to my Doodle poll regarding the "New OAC Training" class. The time slot that worked for the most people was Monday, July 17th from 10am to 11am.

This is an optional training - if you'd like to learn about adding and removing users, running reports, troubleshooting, etc. feel free to join us. The training will take place at DAS East in the Mazama conference room. For those who can't attend in person, here is the information for Adobe Connect. I should be able to record the training as well, so if it doesn't work for you to view the training live you can watch it at your leisure. I'll send out the recording after the training.

-       When you join the session you'll indicate whether you want to join the audio via phone or through your computer. If you select "Dial-in to the Audio Conference via phone" the dial-in info will be displayed to you.

As we discussed this morning, the July OAC meeting has been cancelled.

Instead of a regular meeting next month, I'm offering a New OAC Training (or a refresher for any OAC that would like to brush up on their skills). We will review how to add and remove users from your agency, how to run reports, and how to do basic troubleshooting for your staff.
