[Oac-link] Send Email feature

Hi everyone,

We just wanted to let you know that I turned on the feature to prevent the ORPIN system from sending emails when you issue Manual Bids.

Per your request, I set it as Not Send and it is hidden.

If any of you would rather have the option of choosing if you want the emails to be sent, let us know and we can change it on a case by case basis.
