Oregon Housing and Community Services has a job rotation opportunity available for a Procurement & Contracts Specialist 3.  The duration of the opportunity is up to June 30, 2019.  Applicants must have authorization from their current supervisor to participate in a job rotation.

The primary purpose of this position is to independently develop, negotiate and administer complex or high-risk grants, contracts, and agreements that may be politically sensitive and have multiple funding sources, funding arrangements and policy interpretation throughout the pre-award and post-award phases.
