The OHCS Procurement & Grants Compliance Section is offering an opportunity for a JOB ROTATION as a Grants & Contracts Officer (PCS3). This position will independently develop, negotiate and administer complex or high-risk grants, contracts, and agreements that may be politically sensitive and have multiple funding sources, funding arrangements and policy interpretation.
