<p class="MsoNormal">Please see the attached draft OAC Charter. I incorporated the Rules of Engagement into it, which we briefly touched on last time but will need to discuss in more detail at the August meeting. Also we didn’t actually talk about the idea
of having a committee chair and scribe for the meetings, but I included a placeholder in the charter so we could chat about that as well.
