Hi OAC Group,

I was incorrect about something in the OAC meeting yesterday and wanted to get the correct information out to you.

If you try to create a Client Initiated Amendment but DAS has a draft amendment or revision already open on the contract, you won’t be able to see the contract through the “Create A Client Initiated Amendment” screen like I had advised.
However, there is still a way to see who is currently in possession of the draft. If you go to Statewide Contract Search and pull up the document by number, you can go into the Progression screen and access the draft from there. Here is an example:

Then look at View Data > Process History to see who has control of the draft. Now you can reach out to that person to ask them to either complete their draft or delete it (if it was created in error) so that you can submit your Client Initiated
Amendment.

Sorry about that- I apologize for the confusion!
