<p class="MsoNormal">Due to lack of agenda items we will not have an OAC meeting this month. However I did want to follow up on something we discussed at the August OAC meeting: Bidder Conferences.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I discovered an issue with Bidder Conferences when I was setting up the testing account for OAC’s to use in Sandbox. It appears that currently the bidder conference information will display on the front of opportunities, but not on the
front of notices. I believe this inconsistency would be confusing for our suppliers. It needs to show up in the same place regardless of what document type is used. Since our ORCPP members (local governments) use notices to post their contracting opportunities,
this is very problematic. I’ve submitted a bug to our software developer asking them to correct this. I’ll let you know as soon as they have, so that you can log into Sandbox to do some testing of your own.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Also, the next ORPIN Full System Training class is available for registration on iLearn. There are currently 12 seats left, but they’ll fill up fast. If you have any staff members who would be interested in attending, please encourage them
to sign up to reserve a spot!<o:p></o:p></p>
