<p class="MsoNormal">We found a system bug today that was introduced into ORPIN with last weekend’s patch. The bug is preventing the state seal (or ORCPP agency logo) from displaying on PDF documents. This affects any original, amendment, or revision to a document
issued after 12/16.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Here is an example. This is the front of the ORPIN summary page for this RFP and as you can see, the state seal is displayed here…<o:p></o:p></p>
