[OAKS Online] Update - OAKS Online still down

ODE's test contractor, American Institutes for Research (AIR) is currently working to address the remaining server issues impacting the OAKS Test Delivery System. To allow AIR time to fully implement the necessary fix, the OAKS Test Delivery System will remain down for repair through Friday, January 23.

ODE will allow limited testing for volunteer districts on Monday, January 26 to ensure that the server is working properly. ODE will coordinate with regional ESD partners to identify volunteer districts. Testing will officially resume on Tuesday, January 27.

ODE will also extend the testing window to end on Friday, June 22.
