[OAKS Online] OAKS Online Portal is now available

The OAKS Online Portal is now available.

The DNS run by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services experienced issues earlier today which impacted the availability of the OAKS Online Portal and e-mails to and from ODE. The DNS appears to be functioning normally now, and the Portal is available.

ODE apologizes for the inconvenience and thanks you for your patience.
