On September 16, 2020, OHA issued Statewide Mask, Face Covering, Face Shield Guidance for Health Care Offices<https://sharedsystems.dhsoha.state.or.us/DHSForms/Served/le2351m.pdf>. Please review the issued guidance as it applies to all health care personnel, patients and visitors in health care offices.

This is effective starting July 22, 2020.
