The Oregon Occupational Safety and Health Agency (Oregon OSHA) is a separate regulatory agency from the Oregon Board of Chiropractic Examiners (OBCE).  The OBCE is not responsible for promulgating or enforcing rules made by Oregon OSHA.  This information is to provide clarity as to the rulemaking occurring in these different state regulatory boards and their responses to COVID-19.
Oregon OSHA, the agency responsible for workforce safety, has promulgated a temporary rule, OAR 437-001-0744, effective November 16, 2020 - May 4, 2021, with regard to COVID-19 workplace risks. The rule can be found here: https://osha.oregon.gov/OSHARules/div1/437-001-0744.pdf.
Of note, is that all employers are required to complete the Employer Risk Assessment by December 7, 2020. Please review the rule closely to determine applicability to your particular business situation. This rule applies to those providing direct patient care, including chiropractors. See OAR 437-001-0744 2(d).
