This message is being sent to all licensees and certificate holders.

The CDC recently updated it's mask guidelines, however, it is still recommending mask wearing when traveling, in nursing homes, correctional institutions, and in medical offices.

Governor Brown plans to lift restrictions when 70% of Oregon's population is fully vaccinated. The state is currently at around 40% vaccinated. You can find Governor Brown's statement regarding the CDC guidelines here<https://www.oregon.gov/newsroom/Pages/NewsDetail.aspx?newsid=54704>.

OBCE's Facial Covering Requirement<https://secure.sos.state.or.us/oard/viewSingleRule.action?ruleVrsnRsn=276158> is still in effect.
