[OBCE_Publication] July Board Meeting | Public Comment Notification

This message is being sent to all licensees and certificate holders.
The Oregon Board of Chiropractic Examiners (OBCE) invites public comment on COVID-19 related topics below. This is a notification to licensees and interested parties that the following documents will be reviewed during the July public board meeting:
o   Facial Covering Requirements 811-035-0007<https://secure.sos.state.or.us/oard/viewSingleRule.action?ruleVrsnRsn=276158> and how Governor Brown's executive order<https://www.oregon.gov/gov/Documents/executive_orders/eo_21-15.pdf> applies.
o   Whether the Board should continue with the existing facial covering rule, modify it, or repeal it.
o   OHA 2351M Mask Face Covering, and Face Shield Requirements for Health Care Offices and how it applies to 811-035-0007  https://sharedsystems.dhsoha.state.or.us/DHSForms/Served/le2351m.pdf
How to Comment:
1.     Attend the rule hearing on July 22nd, 2021
