<p><span style="font-size:14.5pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">In this highly-experiential play therapy “playshop,” attendees will develop an understanding of a wide variety of expressive play therapy skills and methods for use in the playroom and beyond.
This interactive course will be in a casual environment conducive to active participation. Attendees are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring their playful child self along!<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p style="border:none;padding:0in"><span style="font-size:14.5pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Cindy Knapp is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and a Registered Play Therapist & Supervisor with over thirty years of experience working with children
and families. She received her Bachelor’s Degrees in Elementary and Special Education and a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She began her career working in a public agency serving infants and toddlers and their families who were at high risk
and/or had special needs. She then moved into community mental health working with children, adolescents and their families. Additionally, she served as the Behavior Consultant for the Head Start Program for nearly two decades. She has been a presenter at
the Northwest Play Therapy Institute and the Michigan State Play Therapy Association. She has done training for various agencies, child therapists, and the community regarding subjects covering a broad spectrum of interest related to children and parenting.
She has taught community education, parenting classes, and Child Psychology at the community college level. Cindy has been in private practice in Corvallis, Oregon since July 1987.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
