<u><font size="3" face="Times New Roman"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Rule Summary</span></font></u>: The proposed amendment changes the review process for applicants for licensure who possess a foreign degree. Evaluation will no longer be conducted by a
Board approved credentialing body, but will instead be completed by the National Register of Health Service Psychologists. The amendment also makes other minor language changes to clarify that foreign training is accepted.<o:p></o:p></p>
