2) <b> </b><u>Rule Caption</u>: Diversity continuing education requirement.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:6.0pt;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:12.0pt;margin-left:.5in">
<u>Rule Summary</u>: The proposed amendment changes the continuing education (CE) requirements for licensed psychologists and psychologist associates by adding a requirement that active and semi-active licensees complete four hours of education dedicated to
the topic of diversity in each reporting period. This would become effective January 1, 2016.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><u>Hearing</u>: A public hearing for both of these proposed rulemakings will be held at
<b>10:00 a.m. on December 30, 2014</b> at 3218 Pringle Road SE; Salem, OR 97302.<o:p></o:p></p>

<u>Public Comments</u>: The agency requests public comment on whether the options should be considered for achieving the rule’s substantive goals while reducing negative economic impact of the rule on business. Please email your comments to
