<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top:12.0pt"><b><u>Rule Caption</u>: Code of professional conduct for licensees, residents and applicants.<o:p></o:p></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top:6.0pt"><u>Rule Summary</u>: The proposed amendment adopts the most recent version of the American Psychological Association’s<span class="history"> “Ethical Principles of Psychologists and Code of Conduct,” effective January
1, 2010 with amendment as of January 1, 2017, as the code of professional conduct applicable to all licensees, residents and applicants of the Board.</span><o:p></o:p></p>

The agency requests public comment on whether the options should be considered for achieving the rule’s substantive goals while reducing negative economic impact of the rule on business. Please email your comments to
